Physical activity does not have to be strenuous to achieve a major change. Health benefits can be gained through moderate amounts of physical activity. Look at the facts. People with disabilities are less likely to engage in daily, day to day physical activities, yet despite the disability our body still needs the same activity to promote health just as any other. What holds us back? Limited Range of Mobility, High Impact Workouts, or just weakness.

to achieve your goal. That’s right. Staying healthy does not mean that you have to run marathons or go to the gym for four hours a day. The CDC recommends 2 hours and 30 minutes of moderate physical activity. We can narrow it down to 1 hour and 15 minutes of intense activity a week as well. 2 or more of these days should be dedicated to strength training.
Remember: Some activity is better than none!
